All of these chicks were harvested from un-hatched eggs. All of the chicks have been at varying stages of delevloped from empryonic to completely formed but unhatched. I am not sure why, although they are completely develeoped they fail to hatch. You can notice the yolk sack is still visible on some of the chicks. This particular chick has a badly deformed beak, if it did hatch is it unlikely it would have been able to survive with such a deformity
These globes are approx 10cm and make from glass with a rubber stopper. These should keep the liquid but you can top them up if required.
Addiontally it is common for wet specimens to discolour overtime this is natural and can happen. The liquid can be replaced if desired.
