Create Your Account: Sign up for a Fox Hollow Taxidermy account to track your payments.
Choose Your Item: Select an eligible item from our "Available for Layby" category or look for the "Lay-by" tag on products.
Start Your Lay-by: Add both the item and the lay-by listing to your cart.
Pay Your Deposit: Complete your purchase with the initial $50 deposit.
Continue Payments: Make additional $50 payments until your item is fully paid.
Track Your Progress: Monitor your payments in your account's order history.
Collect Your Item: Once paid in full, pick up your item from our store.

How to Use Our Lay-by System:

Create an account or log in to your existing Fox Hollow Taxidermy account.
Browse our "Available for Layby" category or look for items with the "Lay-by" tag throughout our store.
Choose your desired eligible item and add it to your cart.
Navigate to the lay-by payment option and add the "$50 Lay-by Payment" to your cart.
In the required field of the lay-by product, enter the exact name of your lay-by item.
Proceed to checkout. You'll see the original item price change to $0 and only the $50 deposit will be charged.
Complete your purchase. You can add other non-lay-by items to this transaction if desired.
For subsequent payments, add only the "$50 Lay-by Payment" to your cart, ensuring you enter the correct item name each time.
Repeat the payment process until your item is fully paid.
Track your progress in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Important Information:

We have a dedicated "Available for Layby" category for easy browsing of eligible items.
Items in other categories with the "Lay-by" tag are also eligible for lay-by purchase.
Creating an account is essential for using our lay-by system and tracking your payments.
Always use the same item name in the lay-by product field for each payment to ensure accurate tracking.
You can only have one item on lay-by at a time.
Each lay-by payment will appear in your order history, allowing you to easily monitor your progress.
The original item will show in your order history at $0, helping you and us keep track of what item is on lay-by.
There's a maximum timeframe of 12 months to complete your payments.
If you need to cancel your lay-by, a cancellation fee of 20% of the original purchase price will apply.
Items remain in our possession until fully paid.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your lay-by at any time before the final payment.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be deducted from your refund.
The remaining balance of your payments will be refunded to you.
