We are a small family run business, this means that one employee here will wear many hats. When you place an order with us we endeavour to carefully package it up and getting into the post as quick as possible for you however while this typically happens within 1-2 business days sometime it can take us a little longer to get items posted. If you need the item in a hurry you can upgrade to the express postage option in our checkout however again express items still are subject to being packaged and delivered to the post office. If your item is particularly time sensitive we strongly recommend getting in contact with us prior to order to ensure it will make it to its destination in the desired time frame. We will always try our best to get you your items as quick as we can!
Most orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within australia however there are some exclusions. Any item that has listed within the item description that it is available for pick up ONLY do not qualify for the free standard shipping regardless if the total value is over the $75 threshold. Typically if an item has listed in the description that it is for pick up only it is unable to be posted at all usually because of its weight/size or in some case fragility. By purchasing a product that is listed as pick up ONLY you agree to make all necessary arrangement and/or cost associated with the collection of the product from Fox Hollow Taxidermy.

Orders that do qualify for the free shipping are posted within a box or satchel depending on the product ordered, our team uses our discretion to decide the most appropriate packaging for your item. Free shipping method include standard australia post tracking but DO NOT include signature on delivery or insurance. These are available for an additional fee so please contact us prior to ordering if you wish to add these to you order. While we take the utmost care to package everything so it arrives to your door safe and sound, unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, stolen items etc. once they have left our premises. Additional insurance can be purchased at additional cost if desired.

The free shipping of items over $75 applies to any product advertises under the weight of 5kg, larger items will typically be sent via courier for which the postage price varies per order. We can most definitely get you a shipping quote prior to your order if desired.
